Mr. Jacobs received his baccalaureate degree and M.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Jacobs is currently the C.E.O. of Healthpoint, a managed care organizations in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Jacobs previously was the Executive Vice President of Managed Care of Allegiant Physicians Services. He specializes in the development and management of PHO's, PPO's, and HMO's. Some of his recent program activities include development and capitalization of a statewide 22 hospital and 600 physician accountable health plan; development and operation of six PHO's, ranging from one hospital/300 physicians to six hospitals/1200 physicians; development and leadership of a statewide PPO and HMO; development from the ground up and subsequent operation of a group practice model HMO which broke even in 24 months.
