SUSAN BLACK, M.D.

Biography

Dr. Black received her baccalaureate degree from the University of Massachusetts. She received her M.D. degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. She was an internal medicine resident at Detroit Receiving Hospital. She has been in general practice since 1976. She is a past President of the Massachusetts Academy of Family Physicians. She is Assistant Professor in Family Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Assistant Clinical Professor in Family Medicine at Tufts Medical School. She was also previously on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Family Physicians and was previously the Vice President of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is a member, past president, past delegate and past director of numerous other professional and community organizations.
